Sliding Gates

Automated Security Design can offer a sliding gate system to suit almost any application. Once we have established your specific requirements, we can then advise you on the solutions available and look to provide a system which exceeds your expectations, but fits within your financial constraints.

All our sliding gates are of a Cantilever design – this is a self supporting system, eliminating the need for a ground track, making it very neat and attractive in appearance. It is ideal for high volumes of traffic or if heavy goods vehicles use the entrance and where the road is not level across its width.

Sliding gates offer very high levels of security and unsurpassed reliability, due to the inherent design of the motor/gearbox system. All of our sliding gate automation packages include a vandal resistant steel enclosure into which the drive motor/gearbox, control panel and associated electronic equipment is housed.

The gates are always fitted with a comprehensive range of safety features incl. motor obstacle detection, safety photocells, safety edges, flashing warning light, warning signs and are force tested.

At Automated Security Design we only use automation equipment manufactured by well established companies, which have substantial technical support and backup in the UK and we take care in ensuring that the operators selected for each job are ‘more than’ capable of performing at the required levels. Prior to us attending your premises to carry out the installation, all the necessary brackets & fixings are pre-fabricated to ensure the completed system not only looks good but is also well engineered.

To ensure we include for all the related works, including ground works & cabling, we recommend that a full survey is performed prior to a quotation being produced.
